Meet the Team
Rachel Gresham is a third generation Northern Virginia native and lifelong inhabitant. This is her hometown. She spent her first ten years in the Real Estate workforce employed with her families’ well-regarded general contracting company where she incorporated her many and varied artistic talents. Rachel personally expanded her families’ firm’s services to include custom murals and high-end faux finishing. Her love for art guided her to a profession in the Graphic Design field where she collaborated closely with PROMAX Management in a marketing and advertising capacity. After serving PROMAX professionally for several years, she was offered the opportunity to join their team. Her background in general contracting and Marketing/Advertising made the transition into Property Management and Real Estate a smooth one. Starting in the maintenance department at PROMAX, Rachel’s many talents were recognized and she was promptly moved up to a property inspector role. This new position had her visiting several hundred properties a year and single-handedly overseeing six figure improvement projects annually. This exposure fed a growing appreciation for the different styles of homes, varying ways of decorating and remodeling. With that came the opportunity to meet new people, something Rachel very much enjoys.
Having a passion for homes and helping people made becoming a licensed Realtor the obvious next step. She has not looked back

When not working, Tom enjoys outdoor activities that include golfing, hiking, running as well as traveling. Tom has a serious passion for all local DC sports teams. He feels a very special bond with the Washington Redskins as the day he was born, January 22, 1983, the team defeated the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC Championship game that led them to thier first of three Super Bowl victories.
Both Tom and Rachel started out in Real Estate wanting to help family and friends find their perfect home
and offer discounts or credits wherever possible. Working side by side for several years, they became good friends and realized they both wanted to be doing more to help people.
This is where the idea of Homes TwentyOne came from.
